There are two things that I like to save:
Before I got wise about cooking, I use to spend a LOT of money on crappy food just making sure I had a lot of mini-meals. That’s not a good way to save money or time.
What I soon discovered (thanks to the wife) that the best thing you can do is to prepare a lot of food at once so you have your meals ready for you throughout the week.
This makes complete sense.
However, it doesn’t make much sense if you aren’t being healthy as well. The healthier you are, the less your medical bills, the more money you save.
So we’ve been on the ketogenic diet for over a year now and we love it. In fact, when you combine it with an Instant Pot it completely changes your life.
Now we are able to save time and money, while also being at the health level that we’ve always desired.

Who doesn’t love a good pork chop? It wasn’t until my early 30s when I learned that you don’t actually have to grill your pork chops to eat them!
You can cook them lots of different ways which was a fascinating thing to learn.
If you’re surprised that I didn’t know this then you shouldn’t be too surprised because I used to be the guy that boiled his chicken.

Keto Pressure Cooker Garlic Butter Chicken

Garlic is definitely one of those things that you either love or hate.
I tend to like it in the right portions but if you overdo it then it can chase me away. That’s why you have to be careful with this garlic butter chicken. Add the right amount of garlic and you have a winner. Add too much and you’ve wasted a perfectly good chicken.
Don’t waste a perfectly good chicken.
Serve with low-carb veggies (spincah is recommended) on the side for a complete meal.

Funny sidenote, in elementary school my classmates didn’t want to try cheesecake because they thought it was made from American cheese and that didn’t sound appealing to them.
